– Does my vehicle need detailing? –

Here is a good question to think about: What would it cost you to repaint your vehicle when the clear coat fails / is peeled in 4-7 years? The plastic housing of the headlights will be oxidized first in 2-3 years and it’s not cheap to restore properly either.

Yes. You need to do more than just changing the engine oil to maintain the vehicle.

Even a new vehicle needs paint protection to preserve the paint work. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. A vehicle that is in good condition will have the best resale value. It will need to be done again 6 months later or depending on what was done the first time / what the owner would like. The answer is obvious for a used vehicle. Doing oil change is not the only thing that your vehicle would need.

Maintenance is always cheaper than fixing something that has been neglected.

– How much is it to detail my vehicle? –

It depends on what value you are seeking and how much time it would take to produce the desired result. Would you like the Best Gloss & Protection for the Paint? Interior Detail? Engine Detail? etc. You have to call and talk to us. We promise to be honest and candid over the phone. It starts with a phone call.

– Can I get my vehicle detailed today? –

We do appointment only and we do not detail the same day. If it’s an emergency, you could try calling us but we cannot guarantee anything. Our regular customers keep our schedule booked for about 2 weeks at least.

It usually takes at least 3-5 hours to detail either the Exterior or Interior of most vehicle. If you are calling at 3 – 4 PM, it would be too late for the day.

– Can you detail my vehicle if it is on the street? –

No, we can’t. It is a violation and a safety concern to perform any service while the vehicle is on the street to say the least.

– How far do I have call in to book the appointment? –

You should try to call in 2-3 days ahead. There is no guarantee, though. We are mostly booked 2 weeks in advance by our regular clients. It also depends on what services you are looking for.

– Can I have my vehicle washed and vacuumed before the appointment? –

Absolutely. You will be paying us to get straight into detailing right away. We still have to wash and vacuum the vehicle quickly, though. This is optional if you are looking to maximize your spending. If you feel more comfortable by leaving everything to us then by all means do so.

– What is your best product? –

Our best products are ones that work for your expectations which is why we have to talk to you to find out your expectations first. We constantly bring in new products that work well to serve our clients better. We prefer products that produce long lasting results to ones that simply do not work or last as advertised.

This is where experience comes into play. You would need someone who has tried lots of products in order to determine what the best is.
