When you call us, you will hear this important question:
” What can we do for you?”
You NEED your vehicle detailed because car washing will not solve it. Is that the case here?
We stress on the word NEED. Only if there is a NEED then you would appreciate the value that you are getting by doing something. Why else would you spend your hard-earned money on anything? This is very important.
Our regular and potential customers understand the value that detailing would bring to their vehicle. They realize there is a need for it or they simply want it. It has to be done right and professionally because fixing a screw up will be costly and complicated. It’s usually fall into at least one of the following reasons:
Maintaining a business image is important because it matters.
Keeping the vehicle clean and protected is necessary for personal use and great resale value.
Something happened and caused issue that car washing isn’t going to solve it. You certainly tried washing and vacuuming it but nothing gave you the result that you sought after.
You want the best result but you have no time or patience to figure out the best method or safe and effective products for your vehicle. There are simply too many products to try and there are way too much misinformation out there.
Detailing your own vehicle simply does not make sense for your world anymore. It’s hard to find someone that you can trust to get the job done the way you want it. You want a control over the result without having to micro-manage.
If you have a need or want to get your vehicle looking better than it is right now because of the above reasons, we are a good fit.
Everything starts with a phone call.
We don’t give an estimate blindly over the text (or email). Professionals ask a lot of questions to get a better picture of the problem (please help with your answers) and texting is just too lengthy for that. A 5-10 minutes phone conversation is a lot more efficient than trying to text or email back and forth for hours. No one will like it. Time is money.
Besides, texts and emails have no tone. Sincere texts or emails can turn into some sort of trigger depending on what mood the person is having. (This is a very important life lesson that we can share with you if you didn’t know.) We insist things over the phone call only. If you insist texting or emailing only, we may not be able to help you.
Professionals ask a lot of questions.
You are looking for a professional because you have a problem / issue that has to be fixed right. In a perfect world, it would be wonderful if the customers know what to tell us. They could have been the professional of their time and is now retired.
In reality, people don’t know where to begin. They know they have a problem, though. That is why we have to ask smart questions to find out what the problem is. Please be patient and answer the questions to the best of your ability so that we can create a Win for you. We promise you are not being interrogated by Batman.
Creating a Win-Win situation by solving the actual problem is our way of doing business.
It is really as simple as that.
Figuring how to get it to work isn’t simple, though. One size definitely doesn’t fit all. Everyone expects things a little differently.
The truth is we can do a lot to make your vehicle looking much better than the way it is right now. Delivering it your way is the hard part. Clear communication is extremely crucial.
You have control over what will be done. We listen.
How often do you get frustrated because the business that you deal with do not do exactly what you want? Assuming you are a very particular person who expects perfection or somewhere close to that. It has to be realistic but we will get to that.
It doesn’t have to be detailing related. It can be anything. You wish you had more control over what would be done without worrying about micro-managing or watching how it is done from a far.
Let us know exactly how you like it done. Tell us how you like your “steak” to be; Rare, Medium or Well-Done.. you got it. Tell us how to treat your vehicle in a certain way. Tell us what you like and what you don’t. It’s very important for you to lay everything on the table so we know what will work best for you. If it is somewhat unrealistic and we know that because we have been doing this for a while, we will explain to you what really matters in the real world.
