That’s a good question that everyone should have.
While many can detail vehicles the right way, very few could deliver a Positive Experience. Depends on who you ask, Positive Experience is subjective. We find that it comes down to:
“Did the business care about my interests?”
We build our business on providing value to the customers and understand that every customer is unique in their own way, so is their vehicle. What works for one customer may not work for another; Some value the Exterior more than the Interior and vice versa while few are very particular about how their vehicle is handled from start to finish. Different people see value in different aspects. Everyone and every vehicle is different.
- Professional Detailing Services – Detailing / Restoring vehicles the right way. Do you know anyone who wants it done the wrong way and causes issues? We know… Nobody does.
- Fully Mobile – Servicing you at your Home / Location. It saves you time sending your vehicle to the shop and picking up it up after. Time is money. We get it. Do you? If you get it, we are here for you.
- Delivering what you as the customer want – We don’t suggest unnecessary services that don’t fit your needs. We actually talk ourselves out of jobs on many occasions to save you money if we feel that it is totally inappropriate for the moment. Most of the time, people appreciate us for placing their interests before ours. Occasionally, we do mention a few things that you might be interested it. You decide if you like to have it done.
- Under-Promising and Over-Delivering – We go extra length to give customers more than what they expected from our services. This is one of many ways we deliver more value to the customers. Do you have a concern? Let us know. We almost always can do something about it or point you to the right direction.
- True Restoration – We are not fans of fillers / cover-up works that do not last after a few washes (because you can always wash away make-up). Suffice to say, the result that you see is what you get and it lasts with proper maintenance. If you prefer fillers / cover-up works to True Restoration, we may not be the Detailers for you. This is mentioned because we value your time and money. We could still perform the job in that “manner” if you insist but we would rather not to unless there is a very special reason behind it.
- High-End Auto Detailing Services – Each and everyone of us is capable of producing Show Car Result that requires High-Level Paint Polishing / Correction Skills and lots of Patience in the process. It’s not uncommon that such results require an upward of 20 hours per vehicle which is about 3 whopping days of work for a person alone! We understand that not every car that we work on will end up being a Show Piece. The reality is not all vehicles that we touch will command Show Result. In other words, you can definitely stay confident that your vehicle is in good hands. If one knows how to produce the Ultimate Result, getting close to the Ultimate Result that exceeds your Expectations is just that easier.
- Win-Win Philosophy – We listen to our customers to learn about their Concerns and Expectations regarding their vehicle. Everyone and every vehicle is different. We then propose a Win-Win solution that would ultimately produce a result which exceeds your Expectations. Hopefully, everything is within the realm of Reality. That is the key in delivering a Win-Win. It’s not uncommon that we have to say No because it wasn’t meant to be a Win-Win. We may refer you to someone else that may be able to make it a Win-Win for both parties.
- Being Honest and Candid – At BBN Detailing – Mobile, you will find nothing but honesty. While there are hypes and misinformation that are constantly being fed to everyone from every possible ways( as seen on TV so it must be real… be careful there…), we find that honesty is the best policy. For instance, we hear “Waxing” fixes scratches daily. The truth is it doesn’t and that is not anywhere close to fixing scratches considering how everything works. We can certainly hand our best wax to the customer to try for themselves, no problem. The short answer is we don’t want you to spend money for nothing / ineffective solution. We only offer solutions that actually fix the problems because we know that is the only way things will work.
- All works are guaranteed – We highly recommend customers to do a thorough check after we have left. Should an issue arises, do not hesitate to contact us. The human factor is always going to be there when you hire another human to do the work. Very few businesses will make it right and that’s the true test.
